SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Mac Intosh Luxury, we believe in providing a seamless and elevated shopping experience. That's why we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above € 150—no promo code required; the discount is automatically applied at checkout. For orders below this amount, we apply the following shipping fees:

  • The Netherlands (domestic orders): € 6.75
  • European Union + UK: € 15
  • Rest of the world: € 25

Enjoy peace of mind with our premium international shipping service, featuring secure, tracked delivery from trusted carriers such as PostNL, DPD, FedEx, DHL and UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way. Please note that once your order has been placed, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

If your order is delivered to a local collection point, it is your responsibility to retrieve it promptly. Should the package be returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping.

SHIPPING TIME

We pride ourselves on efficiency. Orders placed before 23.00 CET on business days will be shipped the same day. Our shipping schedule operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we ship only when all products in your order are available, with most orders dispatched within 24 hours.

Should you decline to pay these fees, the package will be returned to us, and no shipping fees will be refunded.
