Thank you for choosing Mac Intosh Luxury. We hope you’re enjoying your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, don’t worry! We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy, no questions asked.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within this period.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and may vary depending on the courier and your location.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and seals intact, and in the original packaging suitable for resale. Each product will be carefully inspected upon return to confirm eligibility. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you.
Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase as it is required for returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support[at]maclxry.com. Please do not send items back without first reaching out to us, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. Should your item be damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If your product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the following:
- The top of the package (with the shipping label visible).
- A photo of the damaged item inside the package.
- A close-up of the damage.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards. Additionally, if your purchase involved a promotional offer (e.g., buy 1 get 1 free), the free item must also be returned. If the promotional item is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund or charged accordingly.
Please note, items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds. These items may be exchanged for another product or redeemed for store credit.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for your desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 14 days. You can track the arrival of your return through the track-and-trace information provided by your courier. We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
After the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s- or credit card processing time.
